What people are saying
WINNING MORE, ENJOYING THE GAME
“NET with Dr. Moore has made an amazing difference for me in my tennis game. My game is at a whole new level. I’m winning more and enjoying the game more. I have better focus and concentration.”
--Competitive tennis player

IT'S SO EXCITING
“It’s so exciting how my game is improving since I began working on my mental skills. I love the game again!!!”
--Competitive tennis player

FOCUS ON MY CONTRIBUTION, NOT ON BEING EVALUATED
“The day of a high-profile vocal performance, I was anxious and afraid it wouldn’t be perfect. In doing a small bit of NET with Dr. Moore, I learned that I was always feeling scrutinized and evaluated. She assisted me in clearing this and as a result, I was able to sing with greater ease and confidence, seeing it now as my contribution to the audience, versus expecting judgment! And my performance was really good too, actually, one of my best!”
--Singer

MY SKIING HAS NEVER BEEN BETTER!
“I came to Dr. Moore hurting from head to toe, certain my best skiing performances were behind me. Her “well-rounded” treatment has given me such improvement that I no longer have to say that “I hurt everywhere.” I truly hurt “NOWHERE!” And my skiing has never been better!”
--Skier, radio personality
DE-FANGING PERFORMANCE ANXIETY
“I was paralyzed by anxiety when speaking to groups of people. My wife dragged me in for some NET with Dr. Moore, but I didn’t expect much. Amazingly, after three sessions I could present in front of a room of a hundred people with poise and confidence. I’m more myself now, and even have fun when speaking to a group.”

POWER OF THE MIND TO EITHER LIMIT OR ELEVATE: YOU CHOOSE!
Remember back before Roger Bannister broke the 4-minute mile? It was generally accepted that it was a physical impossibility. Then, within the first three years after the breaking of this perceived, barrier, 16 others also were able to run a mile in less than 4 minutes. This illustrates the power of the mind and beliefs to either limit or elevate what you are able to achieve, embodying the excellence that resides within.
Toughness Training for Peak Performance—T.U.F.—Toughness Under Fire
Your body, mind, and emotions operate as an integrated “state.” We have all heard of athletes playing in “the zone.” This refers to a particular state of physiology, which includes the body, the mind, and the emotions. We could also refer to it as the body’s unified state of physical energy, mental state, and emotional state. Science tells us that our body physiology actually changes according to our facial expression. Facial expressions obviously express emotions, just as physical posture can express emotions. The thoughts we think are also linked into this whole-body experience of “state.”
Learn to govern your mind, emotions, and body state
In everyday life people’s “state” can be all over the map. Their state can be reactive to everything they think and feel, reactive to seeing the newspaper headlines, reactive to what’s playing on the TV, reactive to people around them. People in general do not realize they can have the power to manage their emotional levels and the thoughts that reverberate through their minds without ceasing.
Tap into the power of your whole being
However, the person who wants to excel in their enterprise can tap into the power of their whole being by learning to harness and govern the “state” in which they function.
“I PLAYED REALLY WELL
AND ACED THE AUDITION!”
“I had an important audition
in which I had to play a live performance
unrehearsed with the band.
I didn’t even
know what songs
we were playing ahead of time.
Needless to say, I was terrified
at the prospect.
I did some NET beforehand with Dr. Moore, and
amazingly, I was cool, calm, and connected
with myself for the gig. I played really well
and aced the audition!
This NET stuff really works!”

Optimal Performance State (OPS)
Design your Optimal Performance State (OPS) according to what works best for you and what is most helpful in your enterprise. The OPS of a tackle in football, for example, is different than the OPS of a tennis player. Think of the relaxed precision combined with power required to place a tennis shot, compared to the all-out energy and force required to tackle a sprinting football opponent.
A sample
Optimal Performance State
could look like this:
-
Confident
-
Relaxed and calm
-
Energized with positive emotion
-
Focused and alert
-
Automatic and instinctive
-
Ready for fun and enjoyment

REMOVE BLOCKS TO PEAK PERFORMANCE, DEVELOP YOUR TOUGHNESS UNDER FIRE: “T.U.F.”
The performance enhancement work we do here is a unique combination of Sport and Performance Psychology, supercharged with the NET tool. Applied Kinesiology is also used to balance the muscles and organ systems for optimal functioning.
- You first gain clarity about what you are really after.
- You discover and release hidden and perhaps unconscious beliefs that might be preventing you from maximizing your peak performance.
- You learn cognitive tools for self-development, and learn to use various tools to “operate your equipment”, body and mind that is, to create your best results.
- You connect to performance states and emotions that allow you to play your best, expressing what you truly want to express.
- You learn valuable tools and techniques that make it more likely you will access your Optimal Performance State (OPS) when you need it.
- You leave with specific goals to incorporate this work into your daily life, and into your workouts or practice sessions, to fully integrate your quantum leaps.

“NEW LEVEL OF PERFORMANCE”
“After just one session with Dr. Moore
my acting and singing improved enormously!
I am able to be more expressive at a whole new level. AMAZING! And much less stage fright!
A session with Dr. Moore is now part
of my “pre-performance routine.”
